A Founder Community,
Six at a Time

Not a bigger room. A better table.

A Founder Community in Miami

Outwork is a founder community in Miami that grows the slow way: six seats at a time, at a dinner table. Everyone in it has sat with five other founders for an evening and talked honestly about what they are building. That shared table is the membership.

There is no feed, no directory, and no badge. The community is the set of people who have been seated, and what they are willing to do for each other afterward.

Why Small Beats Big

Most founder communities optimize for headcount: thousands of members, a busy channel, and nobody who actually knows what you are carrying. Useful for announcements. Useless at two in the morning before a hard call.

Five people who have watched you think beat five thousand who have seen your handle. Depth is the entire bet, and it is why the table stays at six.

What Comes With a Seat

The dinner is the front door. Past it sits the working half of Outwork: founder support when a decision needs a second opinion, introductions made one at a time with a reason, and marketing and brand work for the companies members run.

None of it is a subscription. Working relationships start at the table and continue because both sides want them to.

Questions

Is Outwork a mastermind group?
No. There is no curriculum, no facilitator, and no monthly framework. It is a dinner table and the working relationships that come off it — closer to a standing table of peers than a program.
How big is the community?
It grows six seats at a time, one dinner at a time. The point is that everyone in it is known — depth over headcount.
Is it only for founders in Miami?
Miami is the first chapter and where the table meets today. If you are building somewhere else and serious, apply anyway and say where you are.
How do I join?
The same way every seat moves: referral from someone who has been seated, or request a seat directly and make the application honest.

Start at the Table

Six seats, every third Tuesday. The first table is set for August 25.
