What Support Means
Building a company is a long run of decisions made alone. Hiring the person, taking the money, killing the feature, raising the price. Support, at Outwork, means having people to put the decision in front of before it is made, people who have carried the same weight and will say what they actually think.
It is not coaching and it is not content. It is operators talking to operators, honestly, about the specific thing in front of you.
Where It Comes From
The table builds it. Founders who have sat at a dinner together already know what the others are carrying, and the conversation continues past the plates: a call before the board meeting, a second opinion on the term sheet, a blunt read on the launch.
